This year we will be raising money for two amazing families.

The first is for the family of Lisa Connors. Lisa passed away on October 8, 2014 of MDS, a disease that affect the bone marrow and blood. About 19,000 people are diagnosed with MDS in the United States each year. Although MDS can affect people of any age, the majority are older than 60 years. The money raised at our benefit will help Lisa’s family get through this rough time.

The second family we are raising money for is for the Fleming family. Kara Jean Fleming is currently suffering from Huntington's Disease, a hereditary degenerative brain disorder that slowly is robbing Kara of the ability to walk, talk, think and reason. Once thought of as a rare disorder, Huntington's Disease is now recognized as one of the more common hereditary diseases.

The money raised at our benefit will help Kara with medical bills and will help to support her family through this difficult time.

Carole and Paula, the beloved stars of TV’s iconic “The Magic Garden”, celebrate their 60 YEARS of friendship with a fun-filled family concert for all ages!
Join us for laughs, happy memories, Magic Garden video clips, songs and stories we all love. Additional antics provided by the original Sherlock!
With Musical Director Ian Herman at the piano.

Since they started back up performing live shows, one of the most astonishing things about Carole and Paula’s live shows has been the number of adults who show up to reconnect with their memories of the psychedelic, off-beat rhythm of life lived in the garden, amidst the toadstools, the Magic Tree, and the immortal Chuckle Patch.
With three fabulous albums, a popular DVD, a Grammy nomination, and citations from Actions for Children’s Television and the Children’s Television Workshop, the legacy of The Magic Garden as one of the most valuable and endearing achievements in all of children’s entertainment is secure. Kids and adults alike will thrill to see the two and only Carole and Paula, along with special guest The Original Sherlock and musical director Ian Herman. Ages 2+

Musical Director Ian Herman

Carole Demas and Paula Janis have been pals since they met at the age of 14 in 1954, so they’re celebrating the 60th anniversary of their real-life friendship. In 1972, 18 years after their first meeting, The Magic Garden was born. The highly-acclaimed show won accolades and tons of fans during its 12 years on the air as the two combined their talents for performing and educating. They brought stories, songs, games, valuable lessons and even more valuable laughter to a wide audience and achieved ratings that equaled or surpassed those of Sesame Street and Mister Rogers’ Neighborhood. Like those shows, the program’s quirky style made it entertaining for adults as well as children.

VOICES OF SPRING. May song madness.
This evening will feature an eclectic evening of song, about spring and... just about everything, drawing from the world of cabaret, classical, theater and popular. Featuring songs from CAMELOT, and more with maybe a little Strauss, Verdi and Irving Berlin thrown in for good measure.-- in other words, business as usual, sung by some of the most exquisite and riveting voices and singing actors on the Broadway, music theatre, cabaret and operatic stages today.

Immerse yourself in the thrilling beauty of these naturally gorgeous, powerful, warm voices...

This concert has been called "Life-affirming", "show-stopping", "Like Babette's feast for the ear" by audience members lucky enough to have seen our previous performances. Don't miss out on this heartbreakingly beautiful and thrilling concert.
